Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200° and put the 12 cupcake cases into the muffin tin
  2. Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl until smooth
  3. Add the eggs one at a time and add the vanilla extract
  4. Beat until the mixture is pale and creamy
  5. Fold in the flour
  6. Spoon into the cupcake cases
  7. Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes
  8. Leave them to cool before adding the topping
  9. Beat the butter and icing sugar until smooth
  10. Add the topping and decorate!
