Hi everyone and welcome to my weight loss post #10!
Sorry, I have been AWOL for the past week or so as I managed to catch a horrid virus which absolutely floored me for a good few days! I’m not ill very often so it’s such as massive thing when I am and it’s so tricky when you have a poorly little one too! I managed to get myself and Mia sorted and luckily she is independent enough to be able to play by herself so she was absolutely fine!
I’m really frustrated as I have been making amazing progress following my EM Fitness 12 week weight loss plan and I had managed to get up to 3-4 workouts in a week and following the food plan really well! I haven’t been able to cook a proper meal all week so I’m looking forward to getting back to it! This illness has really thrown me and as I write this, I have just eaten properly for the 1st time in 5 days!! Needless to say, I won’t be ‘weighing in’ this week as the results won’t be very accurate. I just hope next week I can carry on my workouts again as normal and pick up where I left off!
