5 Tips to Treat Lower Back Pain at Home

Heat therapy stimulates the flow of blood bringing nutrients and oxygen to the part you are treating and prevents pain impulses from being carried to the brain thus reducing it.

Sleep is a number one healer. Sometimes all we need is a few hours’ sleep to help cells regenerate and the brain to rest. Sleeping plays an integral role in lowering back pain. Make sure you have a comfortable place you can rest and also watch your sleeping posture. Your body regenerates, working on your muscles and other parts and you wake up feeling relieved. With these simple tips, you can manage those bouts of lower back pain from the comfort of your own home.
