Hi everyone, welcome to my weight loss post #4!
Well it’s been a fortnight (couldn’t post last week!) and I have still maintained my weight (this has been going on for at least 2 months now), I should be happy with that I guess and to be fair I’m not actually trying that hard!! But I can’t help but feel a bit disappointed in myself for not at least keeping up with getting my 7000 steps in each day. I think what saved me last week was we did the Alzheimer’s Walk (which was 7k) and walked around Goose Fair for 2 hours which definitely took some steps up! It’s silly really as I could make the effort and as it’s also been my birthday I treated myself to some new clothes. I feel great in my 2 new pairs of skinny jeans, boots, cape and 3 tops!! (Probably the most things I have bought myself in one go…EVER!) but I think ironically my growth in self-confidence is meaning I think I don’t need to try anymore. So …yet again …. I vow to try harder as of yesterday 🙂
